All the staff was knowledgeable and attentive, settled my issues. The hotel's location was beautiful, short walk to downtown ” Monteverde, two very good restaurants and a well kept garden and secondary forest that backs onto the property. It also was very close to excellent Morphos restaurant.

I had a great experience at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone. The lodge is charming and quite clean. The staff is friendly and well-informed. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the spacious bathroom in the budget room. They also provide cereal and yogurt for breakfast.

Breakfast options were great with a good variety of cereals and yogurt. The property's location was convenient, although we did have to wait for almost 20 minutes for a taxi. 🍳

The hotel was fairly clean with very friendly and genuinely helpful staff who provided us with LOVELY breakfasts. Everything was simply perfect.

The stay was absolutely really lovely. The hotel was reasonably spacious, with especially helpful staff and magnificent location in Monteverde area. Location: the venue was so close to Morpho's restaurant, and nature. Broiler bar Raulito's Pollo was 600 feet away from the place. The breakfast was generous and marvellous and I tried cereal and yogurt:)))

This place offers free parking, and the standard king room is spacious and has a comfortable bed with its own bath, plus it's conveniently located near the main streets in a special area.

The short walking track through the forest on the property was a delightful experience. The breakfast buffet offered a tasty and varied selection of continental and local dishes. The lodge's close proximity to town was a major advantage, allowing us to easily explore the area.

Well-kept room, all in all had perfect stay.

The central location was great. The restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast was really tasty with a platter of fresh fruits and yogurt. The staff were excellent during our stay.

The room we stayed in was a bit disappointing. The bed was uncomfortable and the mattress felt thin.

The staff was amazingly helpful, the breakfast was marvellous, everything was perfect. The location was comfortable, close to shops and eateries and overlooking garden. Visited El Sapo for a few drinks, it was just a short walk away from the hotel, recommend. We appreciated the local cuisine in the restaurant.
